Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Rules

This return and refund policy applies to all products sold on our website, including solar cables, MC4 connectors, solar wire clips, installation tools and other photovoltaic accessories. All return requests must be submitted within valid time limit and follow our official process.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following situations:

  • Products received with factory defect, damage or quality problem
  • Wrong item or wrong specification delivered by our mistake
  • Goods damaged severely during international transportation

Not eligible for free return:

  • Unwanted personal reasons without quality issues
  • Products already installed, used, modified or damaged manually
  • Custom processed goods and bulk wholesale customized orders
  • Goods beyond valid return application period

3. Return Time Limit

Customers can apply for return or exchange within 15 calendar days after you successfully receive the parcel. Any application beyond this time will not be approved.

4. Shipping Cost Rule

  1. If returns are caused by our error or product quality issues: we bear both return shipping fee and resend shipping fee.
  2. If customers voluntarily return goods for personal reasons: buyers need to take charge of all return freight and related customs fees, original delivery fee will not be refunded.
  3. All international return customs duties and local taxes are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Complete Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp, provide order number, product photos and problem description.
  2. Wait for our official return approval and get designated return address.
  3. Pack goods well and send back the items completely with original package and accessories.
  4. We will inspect returned goods after receiving.
  5. Confirm inspection result and arrange full or partial refund within 3-7 working days.

6. Refund Method

All refunds will be returned via your original payment channel, including PayPal, credit card and other mainstream payment methods. The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your payment platform.

7. Bulk Wholesale Order Terms

For large quantity wholesale orders and project bulk orders, return ratio and after-sales rules can be negotiated separately. Please confirm detailed cooperation terms with our sales team before placing big orders.

8. Policy Update Right

We reserve the right to adjust and update this refund and returns policy without prior notice. Your continued purchase means you agree to the latest policy rules.
