1. General Agreement

By accessing, browsing and placing orders on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to all terms and conditions listed below. This agreement is legally binding between our company and all registered users, individual buyers and wholesale clients.

All products displayed on our site are mainly solar cables, MC4 connectors, solar fixing clips, crimping tools and other photovoltaic accessories for Middle East market use.

2. Account Registration Rules

  • Users must submit real and accurate personal information including full name, valid email, contact number and correct delivery address during registration.
  • You are fully responsible for maintaining your account security and all activities operated under your account.
  • We have the right to suspend or cancel accounts with false information, malicious orders and abnormal transaction behaviors.

3. Product Information & Price Statement

  • All product pictures, specifications, parameters and descriptions are for reference only, slight physical difference shall not be regarded as quality problem.
  • All displayed prices are retail prices in US Dollar, excluding international shipping fee, local import tax, customs duty and other additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to adjust product price without prior notice according to raw material cost and market fluctuation.
  • Quantity discount and wholesale price are only available for bulk orders in accordance with our published gradient pricing rules.

4. Order & Payment Terms

  • Once you complete order submission and payment confirmation, the sales contract takes effect officially.
  • We support PayPal, Stripe and other mainstream secure payment methods. All transactions shall follow relevant international payment regulations.
  • Orders without full payment confirmation will not be arranged for packing and shipment.
  • We have the right to cancel unconfirmed long-term unpaid orders without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability

  • We will arrange shipment within agreed working days after payment is confirmed. Specific delivery time depends on international logistics route and local customs clearance speed.
  • Shipping method and freight standard follow the rules set on our website. Buyers shall bear all destination country import duties, taxes and customs clearance related fees.
  • We are responsible for goods loss and severe damage before outbound delivery. Once goods depart our warehouse, all transportation risks shall be borne by the buyer.
  • Delayed delivery caused by force majeure, customs inspection, weather disaster and other uncontrollable factors is not within our liability scope.

6. Quality Warranty Clause

  • Our standard warranty period is 2 years for main solar cable products under normal installation and working environment.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by wrong installation, overvoltage use, artificial damage, improper storage and extreme harsh environment.
  • Free replacement and maintenance service only aim at genuine factory quality defects within warranty period.

7. Return & Dispute Settlement

All return and exchange behaviors must strictly follow our official Refund and Returns Policy. Any transaction dispute shall be solved through friendly negotiation firstly. If negotiation fails, both sides agree to settle disputes in accordance with international cross-border e-commerce common rules.

8. Intellectual Property Right

All website texts, pictures, logos, product designs and content layout are protected by intellectual property law. No one is allowed to copy, reproduce, spread and use our site content for commercial use without written authorization.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the sole right to revise, update and supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Updated clauses will take effect immediately after being published on this page. Your continuous use of this website equals recognition of the latest rules.
